Trump EPA Waste Official Lands at Law Firm

E&E News recently reported on Steven Cook, who served in the EPA’s solid waste office, joining Bracewell as of counsel in the firm’s Houston office. Cook stated that the firm has “a highly regarded environmental team.”

While at the agency, Cook helped manage programs dealing with emergency response and solid waste. Also, he was the head of the Superfund Task Force, created by then-Administrator Scott Pruitt to expedite cleanup of toxic waste sites across the country.
