Bracewell Advises Kinder Morgan Inc. on Pore Space Lease in CCS Project

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP is advising Kinder Morgan Inc. in connection with its pore space lease of 10,800 acres near the Houston Ship Channel with total CO2 storage capacity in excess of 300 million tonnes from TGS Cedar Port Partners, LP. The lease will give Kinder Morgan a geographically and geologically advantaged platform to develop CO2 sequestration solutions for nearby sources of emissions as it expands its carbon management and storage business unit.
