Community Involvement
Momentum Education Volunteer Program
Through the firm’s partnership with Momentum Education, we have developed a volunteer program in which attorneys have the opportunity to accrue billable-hour credit through community service. The organization aims to provide mentorship, in-school learning, summer opportunities and scholarships to low-income Houston area students to ensure that they have access to post-secondary education and employment.
Day of Service
In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, each year the Diversity & Inclusion Committee hosts a firm-wide Day of Service. Bracewell employees and their families are invited to participate in giving back to the local community.
Pipeline Initiatives
Bracewell is committed to attracting and retaining the finest lawyers from all backgrounds. The firm works to increase the pool of racially and ethnically diverse legal talent through various internship opportunities and our 1L Diversity & Inclusion Fellowship Program.
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Bracewell actively supports organizations to promote diversity both inside and outside of the firm. In addition to numerous student-run organizations, listed below are just a few of our national partnerships:
