Bracewell Advises Savannah Energy on $407 Million Acquisition of ExxonMobil’s Business in Chad and Cameroon

LONDON – Bracewell (UK) LLP advised Savannah Energy PLC  on the completion of its acquisition of ExxonMobil’s entire upstream and midstream asset oil and gas business in Chad and Cameroon. Following completion of the acquisition, Savannah is now the operator of the seven fields comprising the Doba Oil Project and a 40 per cent shareholder in the 1,081 km cross-border pipeline and offshore FPSO owned by the TOTCO-COTCO consortium.
