Jessica Hastings advises lenders and sponsors on complex finance transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. Her experience spans project finance, acquisition finance and syndicated lending, with a focus on large-scale, cross-border transactions.

Before joining Bracewell, Jessica was an associate at a leading international law firm in London. She spent six months on secondment to the firm’s Mexico City office, where she advised on the implementation of Mexico’s landmark energy reforms.
