NEW YORK – Bracewell LLP represented PPL Electric Utilities Corporation in its recent public offering of $1,350,000,000 of its First Mortgage Bonds, 5.00% Series due 2033 and 5.25% Series due 2053.

Barclays, PNC Capital Markets LLC, Scotiabank and US Bancorp served as active joint book-running managers in the transaction.

The offering closed March 2, 2023.
