Oil & Gas Investor Names Patrick Johnson 2023 Forty Under 40 Honoree

HOUSTON – Hart Energy’s Oil & Gas Investor Magazine has selected Bracewell LLP partner Patrick K. Johnson as one of its 2023 Forty Under 40 honorees, a group of energy industry professionals recognized for their outstanding work in moving the oil and gas industry forward.

Johnson’s work on complex energy transactions includes joint venture arrangements, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies, project development arrangements and other commercial agreements. He is an essential contributor to Bracewell’s continued success as a leading energy transition law firm, especially on its work for Navigator CO2 on transactions and agreements necessary to develop the Heartland Greenway, an industrial-scale carbon capture, transportation, and sequestration system. Johnson is also a vital Bracewell team member who advised Phillips 66 in an agreement to sell the Belle Chasse Terminal to Harvest Midstream.
