Diversity & Flexibility Alliance Honors Bracewell With Tipping the Scales Award

WASHINGTON, DC – Bracewell LLP received a Tipping the Scales Award from the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance in recognition of its commitment to gender diversity. Bracewell was among 78 US law firms honored at the Alliance’s annual conference for having 50 percent or more women in their 2023 US partner class. This marks the third time since 2020 that Bracewell has won this award.

Founded in 2012, the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance collaborates with organizations to develop non-stigmatized flexible work policies that promote inclusive work cultures and help to advance more women into leadership positions. The Alliance provides practical research-based solutions, training workshops and strategic advisory services that increase organizational effectiveness through diversity and flexibility.

In 2023, 63 percent of Bracewell’s new partner class were women. Of the 16 US partners elected over the last three years, 56 percent have been women.
