Can Buttigieg and Biden’s Infrastructure Plans Upgrade US Infrastructure?

Liam Donovan recently discussed infrastructure upgrades in the United States with Cheddar Rides.

“Coming up with any kind of sustainable funding mechanism has been allusive thus far,” said Donovan. “Getting the parties to agree on doing anything big is just a really big challenge at the moment.”

On presidential candidates Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg, Donovan added that their proposals are on the right type of scale that could actually get done in early 2021 should either be elected to the presidency.
