HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. in an offering by Veritex Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: VBTX) of $75 million in aggregate principal amount of fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes to certain qualified institutional buyers and institutional accredited investors in a private placement transaction.
