Bracewell & Giuliani Represents Apache Corporation in Purchase of Land in BLVD Place

Bracewell represented a subsidiary of Apache Corp. in the purchase of 6.4 acres in BLVD Place, a multi-use development in Houston’s Galleria area. The property is located on the southwest corner of Post Oak Blvd. and the future BLVD Place Drive. There is additional frontage on both Post Oak Lane and Ambassador Way.
