Bracewell Adds Tax Pro in Dallas

Bracewell’s growing tax team was highlighted by Law360 with coverage of the recent addition of partner Dean Hinderliter to the firm’s Dallas office.

Hinderliter’s broad tax background includes complex tax analysis and planning. He also boasts extensive experience providing advice to private equity funds, and he has particular knowledge in the taxation of natural resources, as well as in partnership and corporate transactions connected to the petroleum industry.

Hinderliter is the latest in a string of hires for the firm’s tax team, including Houston-based partner Jennifer Speck, who joined in January, and Bucky Brannen, who came aboard in Dallas last year in April.
