The American Lawyer Names Bracewell a Finalist for Global Legal Award in Finance

New York (September 18, 2018) – The American Lawyer recognized Bracewell LLP as a finalist in the finance category at the upcoming Global Legal Awards. The firm is being honored for its role in the financing of McDermott’s $6 billion combination with Chicago Bridge & Iron Company. The Bracewell team, led by New York Partners Jeris Diana Brunette and Robin J. Miles, represented Crédit Agricole as the lead arranger in this complex, cross-border financing.
