Discussion of the Administration’s Fall 2018 Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions

Ann Navaro and Ryan Eletto of the Environmental Strategies Group will discuss highlights from the Administration’s Fall 2018 Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions. The Agenda is a forecast of federal agencies’ proposed rulemaking actions with the goals of more effective and less burdensome regulation. We will focus on planned actions by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of the Interior, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Planned actions include rulemakings under the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Air Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
