Lonczak Presented at the CPV Energy Symposium

Tax Partner Don Lonczak presented on “Future Dispatchable Generation” as a panelist at the CPV Energy Symposium on September 27, 2022. This panel explored issues, opportunities, and challenges for the future of dispatchable power generation and the critical role that carbon capture will have on the grid of tomorrow.  Panelists spoke on their unique and real-world perspectives from tax and financing, construction and engineering, and carbon capture technology and discussed how the power industry is adapting to these technologies of the future and how the puzzle pieces can fit together to achieve long term success.
