Energy Compliance Network (ECN) to Present Enforcement Litigation Update

The Energy Compliance Network gave an update on the status of notable enforcement cases on Wednesday, August 5th. We discussed active cases involving the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as well as the complaints pending before the Court of International Trade relating to the NAFTA-eligibility of natural gas entering the United States via pipeline and what the USMCA means for natural gas imports.
