Bracewell hosted a roundtable discussion with Diane Zeiler with PFJ Energy, David Louw with Macquarie Energy LLC, and Mary Ann Wehmueller with ACES Power Marketing to consider approaches to implementing an effective compliance program in light of the guidance provided by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Department of Justice, and industry best practices.
