Energy Storage: Current Economic and Regulatory Challenges and Opportunities

Danielle Garbien participated in an ABA panel discussion on commercial trends for energy storage projects, including legal, policy and regulatory developments. The panel provided an overview of federal and state regulation of energy storage resources, discussed commercial structures and typical contract terms and identified legal issues that arise during the financing of energy storage projects.
