Jeris Brunette Named 2021 Law360 Rising Star in Banking

NEW YORK – Jeris Diana Brunette, a partner in Bracewell LLP’s New York office, has been named a 2021 Law360 Rising Star in Banking. She is among the 180 lawyers under the age of 40 who was recognized this year for excellence in their respective practice areas. Brunette was one of five lawyers recognized in the Banking category.

Brunette focuses her practice on commercial lending and project finance across a variety of industries. She advises, structures and negotiates secured and unsecured financial transactions, including structuring and negotiating senior and subordinated debt financings, acquisition and project financings, structured financings, securitizations and physical and financial commodity hedges.

Law360, a Portfolio Media, Inc. publication, annually honors lawyers under 40 whose legal accomplishments transcend their age through its Rising Stars program. More than 1,400 nominations were received this year.
