Wyman and Pope to Present "Clean Water Act Developments" for In-House Counsel Webinar Series

For July's installment of Bracewell's Environmental Essentials Webinar Series, Christine Wyman discussed EPA’s final Section 401 Water Quality Certification Rule, which aims to provide structure and limits on how States consider whether discharges from federally permitted projects will impact water quality. Daniel Pope provided an update on litigation over the Navigable Waters Protection Rule, which has been challenged in multiple federal district courts across the country, and which arguments have been persuasive to the judges that have considered the legality of the rule.
