Diversity & Flexibility Alliance Recognizes Bracewell With Tipping the Scale Award

WASHINGTON, DC – Bracewell LLP was among the 50 leading US law firms recognized with a Tipping the Scale Award at the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s annual conference on November 7. The award recognized firms that had a 50/50 split or greater in their new partner class. In 2019, 57 percent of the Bracewell lawyers promoted to partner were women. Of the 23 partners elected over the last three years, 39 percent have been women. 

The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance was founded in 2012 as a think tank dedicated to helping organizations increase inclusive cultures that advance diversity and inclusion to attract and retain top talent.
