William S. Anderson and Mark K. Lewis Elected to Bracewell’s Firmwide Management Committee

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP announced today that William S. Anderson and Mark K. Lewis have each been elected to serve three-year terms on Bracewell’s management committee.

William S. Anderson – A partner in Bracewell’s Houston office, Anderson is co-chair of the firm’s corporate and securities department and head of the firm’s financial institutions practice. He has extensive experience in M&A and capital markets transactions, including providing advice to boards of directors, conflicts committees and financial advisors. The Legal 500 United States has consistently recognized his national leadership in large-deal M&A transactions and capital markets equity and debt offerings.

Mark K. Lewis – Lewis serves as the managing partner of Bracewell’s Washington, DC office. He also leads the firm’s oil and gas regulatory practice, which under his guidance has achieved global and national Band 1 rankings in Chambers Global and Chambers USA, as well as a Tier 1 standing in The Legal 500 United States. Ranked as one of the top individual oil and gas regulatory lawyers in the nation, Lewis works on sophisticated pipeline development projects and high-stakes regulatory disputes.
