HOUSTON – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP ranked  #1 for total deal value in SNL Financial’s first quarter league tables for mergers and acquisitions in the category of banking and thrift financial industries. So far in 2014, the firm has advised on transactions totaling $377.9 million.

Bracewell also came in first in SNL’s league tables based on number of deals.
