Johnson Discussed US Offshore Wind

​Ty Johnson moderated a keynote panel “California Unlocked – An Update on Offshore Wind Development Goals Set by California” at Reuters US Offshore Wind 2022 conference in Boston on July 18, at 11:30 a.m. (EST). 

The panel:

• Discussed the pathway to 4.5 GW and what is required to reach commercial scale
• Identified the status and upgrades required for transmission, port infrastructure, and workforce
• Reviewed the technological breakthroughs in floating wind turbines components and LCOE reduction pathway
