Tracy C. Temple

Tracy Temple is a veteran litigator and board-certified appellate attorney. She has experience in all aspects of high-stakes appeals and appellate litigation at both the state and federal level, including pre-trial and trial strategy, motions and issue briefing, error preservation, appellate briefing and oral argument. She has handled appeals in a wide variety of subject matter areas, including energy, complex commercial, insurance recovery, employment defense, bankruptcy and product liability litigation.

Following a decade of litigation and appellate practice at Bracewell, Tracy served as a staff attorney and chambers attorney to Justices J. Brett Busby and Jerry Zimmerer on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals of Texas. Prior to rejoining the firm, Tracy practiced appellate law at a Houston energy litigation boutique.
