About Todd

Todd has over 30 years of experience representing investment banks and public and private companies in capital markets transactions. He has successfully guided clients through more than 250 public offerings of investment grade and high-yield debt securities, preferred and common stock and other hybrid securities, most notably in the energy, technology and life science sectors. Todd also advises on project financings, private placements and strategic investments, as well as on corporate governance matters, including policies and strategies to respond to changes in regulation.

Todd is ranked Band 1 in Energy: Electricity (Finance) in both Chambers USA (2015-2022) and Chambers Global (2016-2022). He has also been recognized in The Legal 500 United States for Energy: Transactions: Conventional Power (2019). Spire Inc. — represented the sales agents on the ongoing at-the-market public offering of this issuer’s common stock beginning in May 2019 and renewed in May 2022

Evergy Missouri West, Inc. — represented the initial purchasers on the inaugural issuance in a Rule 144A offering of $250 million of this issuer’s first mortgage bonds under its new first mortgage indenture and deed of trust in March 2022, as well as the purchasers of its outstanding senior notes in connection with the concurrent collateralization of such notes pursuant to the equal and ratable clauses under the related note purchase agreements
