Sydney Kate Watkins focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private capital markets offerings. She also helps advise clients on general corporate and compliance matters, as well as reporting and disclosure obligations.

During law school, Sydney Kate served on the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and was a fellow at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Energy Center for Business, Law, and Policy. Prior to attending law school, she was an analyst at a multinational consumer bank, where she advised on compliance with federal regulatory frameworks relating to portfolio risk management.
