Stacianne (Staci) Wilson represents and counsels clients regarding various commercial litigation matters. She represents clients in a variety of cases, including patent and trademark litigation, contractual disputes, construction litigation, real estate matters and disputes, and products liability litigation. Staci has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. She has been a member of trial teams who have obtained favorable jury verdicts in both state and federal court.
Staci is also a member of Bracewell’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Cannon Storage Systems d/b/a Vern Cannon Company; in the Harris County District Court; part of the trial team that obtained favorable verdict for client in a case regarding claims of construction defects, products liability, deceptive trade practices, tortious interference and defamation claims related to sixteen metal building construction properties in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida; drafted summary judgment motion, took depositions that were played at trial, participated in pre-trial preparations and drafted pre-trial motions
