Sophia Evans focuses her practice on government enforcement and investigations, white collar defense, and complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. She represents both companies and individuals in various regulatory enforcement actions, helping clients navigate legal, compliance and reputational risks arising from government scrutiny, sensitive allegations and high-stakes proceedings. Her experience includes assisting clients in matters before federal agencies and governmental bodies, including the Department of Justice and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, as well as representing financial institutions in matters involving congressional investigations and internal corporate reviews. Sophia has assisted with matters involving allegations under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), regulatory proceedings involving commodities trading and internal investigations concerning whistleblower allegations and claims involving senior corporate executives and employees. Her practice encompasses a broad range of litigation, enforcement and investigative matters across a diverse client base.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Sophia served as a judicial intern for the Honorable David S. Morales of the Southern District of Texas.
