Seth Rosenberg focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, strategic investments and fund formation. He has significant experience advising clients on complex private equity transactions in the energy and infrastructure industries.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Seth was an associate in the Houston office of an international law firm.
