Sarah Orengo Lytal focuses her practice on financial transactions. She represents lenders and borrowers in syndicated, secured, unsecured, traditional and debt financings.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Sarah served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lynn N. Hughes of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

DT Midstream — $750 million revolving credit facility and $1 billion term loan B, in connection with its spin-off from DTE Energy Company, as borrower
Wells Fargo Bank, National Association — as lender, administrative agent and collateral agent in the successfully completed exit financing for Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. and certain affiliates. The exit financing included approximately $400 million in a revolving credit facility, $100 million in a term loan and over $85 million in privately placed notes.
