About Sam
Samuel Lombardo advises clients on regulatory, litigation, enforcement and policy matters across the energy industry, with a particular focus on the pipeline and power sectors.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Sam served as a trial attorney at the Federal Energy Commission’s Office of Administrative Litigation, where he represented the agency in litigation involving electric and interstate pipeline rates and tariffs. He was also previously an associate at a national law firm in Houston. During law school, Sam served as a judicial intern for US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
