Sam Folb focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private capital markets offerings. He also helps advise clients on general corporate and compliance matters, as well as reporting and disclosure obligations.

During law school, Sam served on the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.
