Rebecca Foxwell is a member of Bracewell’s government enforcement and investigations and litigation practices. Rebecca regularly conducts independent internal investigations involving a wide range of allegations of workplace misconduct and fraud. She has conducted investigations for companies, government agencies, non‐profit organizations, a state court system and a major professional services firm.

Rebecca is also involved in Bracewell’s monitorship and compliance practices and has led or co‐led teams that conducted independent reviews for the Archdiocese of New York, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the New York City Police Department. She also conducts compliance and investigation training for Bracewell clients.

In addition, Rebecca advises clients in response to regulatory and criminal investigations and enforcement actions before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and state Attorneys General. She has represented individual defendants in criminal matters in federal court and companies in the financial services and cryptocurrency industries.

Rebecca’s litigation practice includes representation of companies and individuals in a variety of industries in state and federal court and covers all phases of the litigation process. She also assists Bracewell partners with appointments as arbitrators and mediators in civil disputes.
