About Peggy

Peggy Christman represents cities, school districts and nonprofit organizations in public finance transactions. She has served as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to traditional governmental entities, particularly airports and school districts, and she has experience as bond counsel for conduit financings. Peggy also represents investment banking firms as underwriter’s counsel.

City of Houston, Texas — bond counsel in connection with the June 2020 refinancing of approximately $150 million of airport special facilities debt secured by and payable from various leases with United Airlines, Inc. 

City of Houston, Texas — bond counsel in connection with the issuance of over $1 billion Airport System subordinate lien revenue bonds and senior lien commercial paper

Aldine Independent School District — bond counsel in connection with $266.84 million Unlimited Tax School Building and Refunding Bonds, Series 2016

Houston Independent School District — disclosure counsel in connection with $848.740 million Limited Tax Schoolhouse and Refunding Bonds, Series 2017
