About Meagan

Meagan Maloney focuses her practice on white-collar criminal defense, government investigations, and regulatory compliance, which includes advising clients on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Foreign Agent’s Registration Act (FARA), economic sanctions and export controls, and anti-money laundering. She has experience engaging with the Department of Justice and has represented clients in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well as in New York state court.

Meagan also has experience handling complex commercial litigation and arbitration disputes. As pro bono counsel, she represents individuals seeking asylum before the United States Customs and Immigration Service.
