Kaylee Henson represents individuals and corporations across a wide range of industries in state and federal courts.  Her practice involves complex commercial litigation and appeals, regulatory services, and enforcement matters. Kaylee’s experience includes providing counsel in diverse matters including complex commercial disputes, government investigations, internal investigations, and corporate governance matters.  

Prior to joining Bracewell, Kaylee served as a judicial extern in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, as well as an extern with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

City of Lewisville, Texas — counsel to plan and execute the annexation of the Castle Hills development, which encompassed nearly 3,000 acres and approximately 18,000 residents and added nearly $3 billion in property value to the City
