
About Kate
Kate Brittingham regularly works with healthcare industry clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters, with a focus on managed care litigation. Kate represents hospital systems and large physician practices in connection with a variety of payor and reimbursement-related disputes. She also has experience counseling healthcare organizations on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, from ownership and partnership disputes to contractual and noncompete issues. In addition, Kate has experience in real estate and construction litigation.
Kate previously served as an intern at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and as a judicial intern at the Fifth Judicial District Court of Idaho.
