He is a registered patent attorney whose practice encompasses all aspects of patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation, including trade secrets and copyright matters.

Jeff has extensive experience as a first-chair patent litigator, including initial fact investigations, discovery and disposition motions, expert testimony and reports, claim construction and invalidity positions, as well as representing clients at trial and on appeal.
