Janelle Elysee focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation. She represents US- and Asia-based clients in federal district courts throughout the United States and also supports clients in non-litigated matters involving intellectual property rights. Janelle’s technical experience spans multiple industries, including medical devices, telecommunications, online content platforms and e-commerce.
Janelle served as a law clerk for the Honorable Embry J. Kidd of the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
