Haley Cambra focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private capital markets transactions in the electric power and renewable energy industries. She also advises clients on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and disclosure obligations and other corporate and compliance matters. Haley has experience with venture financings and corporate governance for emerging companies.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Haley was an associate at international law firms in Houston and Austin.
