About Davis
Davis Ray focuses his practice on banking and lending transactions. He represents commercial lenders, corporate borrowers, and other financial institutions in transactions across the energy industry. Davis has experience assisting clients on financing structures including syndicated and bilateral lending facilities, secured and unsecured debt financings, restructurings, asset-based loan facilities, acquisition financings, and working capital facilities.
During law school, Davis served on the Texas Law Review.
