With a practice spanning 35 years, David Super offers first-chair trial and appellate experience to clients across multiple industries. He leads the defense of complex environmental, energy-related, and commercial litigation in federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country.

David’s experience includes litigation involving regulatory and environmental challenges to major infrastructure projects, including pipelines and offshore windfarms, and environmental claims under the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Beyond his deep experience in environmental and energy-related litigation, David has served as lead counsel in a diverse set of complex commercial disputes, including defense of class actions, allegations of fraud and other business torts, breach of contract, partnership disputes, actions before federal agencies, and constitutional takings.
