Danielle Altink is an energy lawyer and focuses her practice on corporate, commercial and project matters in the oil and gas, infrastructure, power and mining sectors, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures and project development. She regularly advises international energy clients on corporate and commercial contracts, including traditional oil and gas commercial contracts and transaction documents applicable to the renewables industry. Danielle also has broad experience in the LNG sector, most notably advising Golar on the development of a floating LNG facility offshore Mauritania and Senegal, and lenders and project sponsors on the financing and development of LNG-to-power projects in Brazil and Indonesia.
