About Caroline

Caroline Rao represents clients in a variety of complex business transactions in the energy industry, including the purchase and sale of energy assets and companies and the financing and development of energy projects. Her clients include energy companies, private equity funds and financial institutions.

During law school, Caroline served on the SMU Law Review and as a research assistant for Professor Julie Forrester-Rogers on real estate and property law issues. She also completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Dennise Garcia of the Texas Court of Appeals, Fifth District, and an externship with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club Legal Department.
