Ben Meredith focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private capital market offerings. He also helps advise clients on general corporate and compliance matters, as well as reporting and disclosure obligations.
During law school, Ben served as a judicial intern for Justice Julie Countiss of the First Court of Appeals of Texas.
