Avery A. Steen

Avery Steen represents clients in a variety of complex business transactions in the energy industry, including the purchase and sale of energy assets and companies and the financing and development of energy projects. Her clients include energy companies, private equity funds and financial institutions.

During law school, Avery served on the International Law Review Association and completed a legal externship with Matador Resources Company.
