About Alexandra

Alexandra Smith focuses her practice on corporate and commercial matters across the energy sector, including mergers and acquisitions, project development and joint ventures. She has worked on a range of complex, cross-border projects and transactions, acting for purchasers, sellers, borrowers and lenders.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Alexandra was an associate in the London office of a large international law firm where she completed a six-month secondment at Equinor.
