Alan Stewart focuses his practice on financing transactions in the energy industry. He helps represent lenders and borrowers in syndicated, secured and unsecured, traditional and debt financings, corporate finance transactions, cross-border facilities and Chapter 11 restructurings.
During law school, Alan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable George C. Hanks, Jr. of the United States District Court of the Southern District of Texas and to the Honorable Russell Lloyd of the First Court of Appeals of Texas. He worked as an intelligence analyst with the National Security Agency prior to pursuing a legal career.
