Olivia Caddy Shortlisted for Banking & Finance Lawyer of the Year at the 2023 EMEA Women In Business Law Awards

LONDON – Bracewell partner Olivia Caddy has been shortlisted as Banking & Finance Lawyer of the Year at the Delinian Limited's 2023 EMEA Women In Business Law Awards. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on June 28.

Caddy advises financial institutions, private equity funds, traders and exploration and production independents on energy upstream debt financings and restructuring across the EMEA region. Her cross-border transactional experience spans from reserve-based lending and traditional corporate financing to acquisition, pre-payment, and receivable financings. In 2022, Caddy continued to provide insightful advice to numerous clients operating in the Economic and Monetary Union for Central African States on the impact of the recent foreign exchange regulations and their application to the energy sector, of which she has unparalleled understanding.
